- 500 gbeef sirloin, sliced
- 2tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 2 tbspsoy sauce
- 300 gfrench fries
Instructions

Stir-fry beef in a very hot wok until browned. Remove and set aside.

Stir-fry onions and tomatoes, add soy sauce and vinegar.
