By accessing or using MyCookingCalendar (the "Service", "Site", "we", "us" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and MyCookingCalendar. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is not directed at children under these ages, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children below those thresholds.
MyCookingCalendar provides recipe content, AI-generated suggestions, meal-planning tools and cooking guidance for personal, non-commercial use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for these purposes.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service, and we may report violations to law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.
The AI Recipe Generator and AI Cooking Assistant produce suggestions based on machine-learning models. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, unsuitable ingredient combinations, hallucinated facts or unsafe instructions. Results are provided for inspiration only — always use your own judgement regarding food safety, allergens, dietary needs and cooking temperatures. MyCookingCalendar is not responsible for outcomes resulting from AI suggestions, and AI output is not a substitute for professional culinary, nutritional or medical advice.
You may have the opportunity to submit recipes, ratings, comments or other content ("User Content") to the Service. By submitting User Content, you grant MyCookingCalendar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, display and distribute that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

We are not obliged to publish, store or retain any User Content. We may remove, edit or refuse to publish User Content at our discretion, including for editorial fit, factual accuracy or compliance with these Terms. We disclaim ownership of User Content beyond the licence granted above, and we are not responsible or liable for any User Content posted by you or any third party.
All content on MyCookingCalendar — including recipes authored by our editorial team, photographs, illustrations, text, logos, software and design — is owned by or licensed to MyCookingCalendar and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence granted in Section 3, no rights are granted to you with respect to our content. The MyCookingCalendar name and logo are trademarks of MyCookingCalendar.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice that complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to dmca@mycookingcalendar.com. Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

The Service provides recipes, nutritional estimates and general cooking information for educational and informational purposes only. Content on the Service is not medical, nutritional, dietary, allergy or professional advice. Nutritional information is approximate and may vary depending on ingredient brands and preparation methods. Always consult a qualified physician, dietitian or other licensed professional before making changes to your diet, particularly if you have a medical condition, food allergy, are pregnant, are nursing, or are giving food to children. You assume full responsibility for evaluating ingredients for personal suitability, including allergens, and for following safe food-handling and cooking practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability and that the Service will be free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that recipes will produce specific results, that nutritional estimates are exact, or that AI-generated content is accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MyCookingCalendar, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, business interruption, foodborne illness, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MyCookingCalendar and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual-property or privacy right.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, or a legal obligation to do so. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting privacy@mycookingcalendar.com. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Governing Law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example via a banner on the Service or, if you have an account, by email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyCookingCalendar with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
