MyCookingCalendar provides recipe content, AI-generated suggestions and cooking guidance for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, reproduce or redistribute our content without permission
  • Use automated tools to access the Service in ways that overload our infrastructure
  • Submit recipes that infringe third-party copyright or contain harmful content

3. AI-Generated Content

The AI Recipe Generator and AI Cooking Assistant produce suggestions based on machine learning models. Results are provided for inspiration only — always use your own judgement regarding food safety, allergens and dietary needs. MyCookingCalendar is not responsible for outcomes resulting from AI suggestions.

4. User Submissions

By submitting a recipe, you grant MyCookingCalendar a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and display that content on the Service. You confirm that the recipe is your original work and does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MyCookingCalendar — including recipes, photographs, text, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to MyCookingCalendar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any content, including nutritional information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCookingCalendar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
