How to Set Up Your Nutrition Profile

One profile, used everywhere the app gives you advice.

Your Nutrition Profile — reached from the sidebar's profile card (Account → My Profile) — is the goal, diet and body-stat information that AI Chat and What to Cook use to personalize what they tell you.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open your profile

Tap your name/avatar in the sidebar, then My Profile.

  2. 2

    Set your goal

Choose one: Lose Weight, Build Muscle, Maintain, or Eat Healthier.

  3. 3

    Set your diet

Choose one: No restrictions, Vegetarian, Vegan, Keto, Paleo, Gluten Free, or Intermittent Fasting.

  4. 4

    Set your activity level

Choose one: Sedentary, Lightly Active, Moderately Active, Active, or Very Active.

  5. 5

    Add your stats

Enter weight (kg) and height (cm) — the app computes your BMI automatically and labels it (underweight / healthy / overweight / obese). You can also set a target daily calorie number and your age.

  6. 6

    Add allergies and dislikes

List allergies and disliked foods as free text so they're factored into suggestions.

  7. 7

    Save

Save the form. From here on, AI Chat and What to Cook read these fields to personalize their answers and recipe suggestions.

Changing your plan or deleting your account

There's no self-service billing or account-deletion control in the app itself yet. To change your subscription plan or delete your account, contact support at contact@mycookingcalendar.com — the team replies within 1–2 business days.

Tips

  • You don't have to fill this in by hand — mentioning your goal or weight in AI Chat can update these same fields automatically.
  • Leave a field blank if you'd rather not share it; nothing here is required to use the rest of the app.

Frequently asked questions

What is my profile actually used for?

It personalizes AI Chat's answers and What to Cook's recipe suggestions — for example, factoring in your goal, diet and allergies rather than giving generic results.

How is my BMI calculated?

From the weight and height you enter, using the standard weight(kg) ÷ height(m)² formula, shown alongside a category label.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Email contact@mycookingcalendar.com — there's no self-service plan management in the app yet, so support handles this directly.

How do I delete my account?

Email contact@mycookingcalendar.com to request deletion.
