How Cook History Works
An automatic log of every meal you've actually cooked.
Cook History isn't something you fill in directly — it's built from the meals you mark "cooked" on your Meal Plan calendar, listed with a timestamp.
Step by step
- 1
Mark a meal cooked on the calendar
This is the only way an entry appears here — go to Meal Plan and toggle a slot to "cooked" once you've made it.
- 2
Open History to review it
Go to History in the sidebar to see every cooked meal, grouped by day (Today, Yesterday, or the date) and sorted newest first.
- 3
Check your totals
The page shows total calories cooked across your history, giving you a running picture rather than just a list.
Tips
- Un-toggling "cooked" on the Meal Plan for a meal you marked by mistake removes it here too.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add an entry to History directly, without using the Meal Plan?
No — every entry comes from marking a Meal Plan slot as cooked; there's no separate manual-log form.
How is the calorie total calculated?
It's the sum of the calories for every meal marked cooked in your history.
