Most questions are answered below. If yours isn't, email bugra@mobtive.com — a real person reads it, and we usually reply within two business days.

My reminders aren't arriving.

Reminders need notification permission. Open Settings ▸ Notifications ▸ MyWaterCalendar and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Inside the app, check that the Drink reminders switch in Settings is on. Reminders are only scheduled between your wake and sleep times, and they pause for an hour after you log a drink — so a quiet stretch right after logging is expected.

Nothing is showing up in Apple Health.

Turn on Sync with Apple Health in the app's Settings, then confirm the permission in Settings ▸ Health ▸ Data Access & Devices ▸ MyWaterCalendar. Both Read and Write must be enabled for Dietary Water. Drinks logged before you enabled sync are not backfilled — only new entries are written.

My goal isn't going up on hot days.

Weather-adjusted goals need location permission (Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Location Services ▸ MyWaterCalendar ▸ While Using the App). The forecast is checked once per day, and the goal only rises above 25 °C. If you declined location, everything else keeps working — your goal just stays at its normal target.

I paid, but Premium isn't active.

Open the paywall and tap Restore. This recovers any purchase made with the same Apple Account. If it still doesn't activate, make sure you're signed in to the Apple Account you bought with, then email us with the date of purchase and we'll help.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app ▸ tap your name ▸ Subscriptions ▸ MyWaterCalendar ▸ Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds directly.

I got a new phone — where is my history?

Your log is stored on your device, not on our servers, so it moves with a device backup. Restoring your new iPhone from an iCloud or Mac backup brings it across. If you set the phone up as new, the log will not transfer and we have no copy to restore — this is the trade-off for not requiring an account. Use Export to CSV before switching devices if the record matters to you.

How do I delete my data?

Swipe to delete individual entries in History, or delete the app to remove everything at once. Because nothing is stored on our servers, there is no account for us to erase.

Can I export my log?

Yes. In the app, use Export to CSV. The file goes through the iOS share sheet, so you choose where it lands — Files, Mail, or another app.

Still stuck?

Tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version and what you expected to happen — it gets us to an answer much faster.
